1. Can I book over the phone?
Yes you can call our customer service agents at 0844 351 0988 to enquire about the shipping procedure and confirm an order.

2. Do I need to make an account?
No, you do not need to have an account with us in terms of confirming your shipment.

3. When will my shipment arrive?
Upon completion of you documentation and payment your shipment will be allocated and you will be passed on the dispatch details informing you of your agent details and shipment’s E.T.A.

4. Do I need a destination postcode?
For your shipment to be allocated you must provide a destination post code and full address, PO Box is not accepted.

5. What is the maximum weight and size limits for a package?
For the health and safety reasons, the maximum weight is 30KG, if it is overweight, the surcharge will apply accordingly.

6. What is volumetric weight?
The dimensional weight of the package is called volumetric weight and is calculated at (LXWXH) / 5000.

7. How do I calculate the weight and dimensions of my parcel?
You can use a measuring tape to find the LXWXH of your package and can use a normal weighing machine for actual weight.

8. Can I estimate the weight/dimensions of my parcel?
Yes, you can estimate the weight/dimensions of your parcel at the quotation time and convert the final number of pieces upon quotation. Should the final converted pieces remain the same, the price will remain the same.

9. How do I cancel a booking request?
If you wish to cancel your shipment with us you need to inform us by email or by phone. Any deposits paid will be non-refundable.

11. Is my package insured?
There is limited liability of £40, should you want additional shipment protection, and you can do so by taking 3.5% of the declared value of the package

You need to download labels from our website and paste on your packages.

13. How do I track my parcel?
Once your shipment is allocated you can track it with your shipment Ref. No. at our website by using our online tracking system

17. Do I have to be present when the courier comes to collect my parcel, or can I leave it in a safe place?
Someone should be present at the time of pickup to sign the proof of pickup. They can be your relatives, friends, work colleagues or flat mates

18. What do I do if the courier refuses collection of my parcel?
Please call us at 0844 351 0988 to inform us of the situation so that we can deal with the situation accordingly.

19. What do I do if the courier does not arrive to collect my parcel?

20. What packaging should I use for my shipment?
We recommend using our supplied boxes, if you wish to use your own boxes you need to make sure that they are strong enough for shipping and should be sealed properly.

21. My parcel was delivered damaged. How do I make a claim?
You can only make a claim if you have applied for shipment protection through us. In such a case you need to send us an email with the photographs of the damaged items and explanation of damage to proceed with the claim pprohibited/restricted Items

22. What items is Easy-Bagging unable to carry?
Any items where dimensions are more than 300cm, furniture items, bottles of wine or alcohol, acid, batteries, etc. kindly refer to our hazardous goods form for further information.

Payment security

23. How do I know my credit card information will be secure once sent over the Internet?
We encourage our customers to pay online but if for some reason you have to send us your payment details we ensure you that they are destroyed as soon as the outstanding payment is done.
